DefragMentor Lite is in fact a so-called Windows shell extension. Once you have installed the product you will find the DefragMentor tab on standard file properties window, which you can open by clicking a file or a group of files with right mouse button and then selecting Properties on shortcut menu.

Although this screenshot shows a properties window for the single file, with DefragMentor Lite you can work with multiple files (group of selected files) the same way.
